Local baker Lisa Johnson and her daughter Jordyn, won a Blue Ribbon for baking sourdough bread and launched a business in the process.
Blue Ribbon Bakery was born!
Lisa started baking for her mother and it soon became a local sensation. Healthy alternative for processed store bought bread.
She has since added, cinnamon rolls , English muffins and holiday treats.
Not only did it become a viable business, it’s given Lisa the wonderful opportunity to work alongside her daughter and share her business and baking skills with Jordyn.
